Get a direct booking quotes 

To have a good offer and to avoid booking platforms commission, the right choice is to get a quotation direct from the owner, according to number of nights (4 (four) nights minimum on any platforms) and number of guests required (maximum allowed 4 (four) adults or children). Once you get the quotation, you may decide to accept or to return on booking platforms. The procedure of direct booking is as follows:

• you have to complete the bottom request "Get a Price Quote", completing all fields;

• we analyze your form and revert by email with a detailed costs quotation;

• once you accept the quotation, you have a 3 (three) business days to pay a provision (not refunded if canceling) of 10% from total amount of quotation, to make available reservation for entire period requested;

• before reservation day, BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 (five) BUSINESS DAYS, you have to pay the rest of the accommodation quote;

• all payments will be done on the owner banking account, true banking transfer, all necessary details will be shared after you accept the quotation.

The accommodation is "self check-in" type, both apartments access are base smart lock devices with keypad, personalized PIN number for individual guests.

Notice about accommodation:

• for all type of booking, all guests are obligated to provide a picture or scan with a valid ID documents, national ID or passport, for all guests included in the reservation;

• the reservation holder is required to provide a mobile phone number that will be valid throughout the entire reservation period, for various communications or for the automated parking access system (where applicable);

• access points to the properties are equipped with surveillance cameras;

• the properties are accommodation only and no other activities are accepted, such as, but not limited to: meetings, parties, video streaming or other activities that may conflict with the accommodation purpose;
